Tivoli Free Library
Our first Math Circle at the Tivoli Free Library will be this Friday, September 2nd. The Tivoli Free Library is located at 86 Broadway, Tivoli, NY 12583. We will play games, solve puzzles, and tackle interesting problems from 4:00 until 5:30 pm.
We hold our Tivoli Math Circles on the first Friday of each month, with one exception this year in October. The rest of the dates for the 2016-2017 academic year are as follows:

Kingston Library
Our first Math Circle in Kingston this year is on Saturday, September 10th. We welcome one and all to the Kingston Library at 55 Franklin Street, Kingston, NY 12401. Join us upstairs from 1:00 until 3:00 pm for some enriching problem solving and fun, math-themed crafts.
We hold our Kingston Library programs on the second Saturday of each month, with two exceptions this year in October and April. The rest of the dates for the 2016-2017 academic year are as follows:

All library programs are run on a drop-in basis, and registration is not required. We do ask students to sign in each time, and to provide their name, grade, and school. This is done electronically for Kingston, so please sign in using this link at least once this year. (same link?)
Competitions
The Bard Math Circle administers several math competitions and offers prep sessions leading up to each contest. The competitions we will offer this year are as follows:

Purple Comet: April 2017
Each competition takes place at Bard College. Stay tuned for more information regarding competitions and prep sessions!

NEW: Rubik's Cube Club!
This Fall the Bard Math Circle will host a Rubik's Cube Club for the first time ever! All levels of expertise are welcome to join us, we will provide instructions for beginners. If you have a cube bring it, but it is not required.
The Rubik's Cube Club will meet in the RKC building at Bard College from 4:30 - 6:00 pm on the following dates:

October 14th
November 18th
