2. Then Zoom in on Saturday, October 24 with Bard College math major and Bard Math Circle coordinator Felicia Flores for a one-on-one AMC 8 math session to learn more about any of the problems.
3. Stand by by for our next practice problem set, coming next week!
You are welcome to prepare for the AMC 8 with us, even if you are taking the AMC 8 elsewhere.
Are you non-competitive and don't enjoy timed contests? You will still savor these intriguing math problems. Each challenge offers a unique learning opportunity, and what you learn is more important than how fast you can solve it. Take your time and stretch your creative problem solving muscles.

AMC 8 Contest Information
The AMC 8 is 40-minutes long and consists of 25 multiple choice questions in middle school mathematics. Preparing for the AMC 8 helps develop students’ problem-solving skills and interest in mathematics.
Date: Tuesday, November 10, 2020 (The full contest window is November 10–16.)
Time: A specific time can be requested by the student.
Location: via AoPS Online
For: Students in grades 6–8, younger students are welcome.
Price: Free for Bard Math Circle students and local residents. We are charging $20 for other students who register for the AMC 8 with the Bard Math Circle.
