Entering its 4th summer in 2017, the Creative and Analytical Math Program (C.A.M.P.) is a non-residential academic math program for students currently in grades 5–8 (that is, rising 6th–9th graders).
C.A.M.P. is a mathematical enrichment opportunity for middle school students who want to explore challenging math in a relaxed setting. Engaging classes and activities are led by experienced educators and undergraduate math majors, and emphasize hands-on math, teamwork, outside-the-box thinking and creative problem solving.
Dates: August 28–September 1, 2017.
Time: 9:00am–3:30pm each day.
Location: Bard College, Annandale-on-Hudson, NY
Cost: $250, includes lunch each day. (Need-based financial aid is available to invited students.)
Deadline: Applications received by April 30, 2017 will receive full consideration. After that, admissions will be on a rolling basis.
