November Library Programs and AMC 8 Information
November is upon us! We have two library programs this month. Additionally, we have two more of our weekly AMC 8 prep sessions. The AMC 8 Contest is also right around the corner!
Tivoli Library
This Friday, November 7th, we will be at the Tivoli Library on 86 Broadway, Tivoli, NY 12583. Join us at 4 pm for games, puzzles, and interesting problems!
Kingston Library
On Saturday, November 14th, we welcome one and all to the Kingston Library, 55 Franklin Street, Kingston, NY 12401. Come to the Community Room on the second floor at 1 pm for more math fun!
All library programs are run on a drop-in basis, and registration is not required. We do ask students to sign in each time, and to provide their name, grade and school. This is done electronically for Kingston, so please sign in using this link at least once this year.
AMC 8
We are hosting this national middle school math competition at Bard College on Tuesday, November 17. The next prep session is this Saturday, November 8th in RKC room 101 from 1:00pm - 4:00pm. The topic is Logic!
Registration for the contest is free but required due to limited space. To register for the AMC 8 click here. Registration is not required for prep sessions.
