The Bard Math Circle Summer C.A.M.P.
Entering its 4th summer in 2017, the Creative and Analytical Math Program (C.A.M.P.) is a non-residential academic math program for students currently in grades 5–8 (that is, rising 6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th graders).
A mathematical enrichment opportunity for middle school students who want to explore challenging math in a relaxed setting. Engaging classes and activities are led by experienced educators and undergraduate math majors, and emphasize hands-on math, teamwork, outside-the-box thinking and creative problem solving.
Dates: August 28–September 1, 2017.
Time: 9:00am–3:30pm each day.
Location: Bard College, Annandale-on-Hudson, NY
Cost: $250, includes lunch each day. (Need-based financial aid is available to invited students.)
Deadline: Applications received by April 30, 2017 will receive full consideration. After that, admissions will be on a rolling basis.

Once we receive your application, we will contact your current math teacher (or another adult who is familiar with your level of mathematical development) for reference information.
Invited students can confirm their intention to attend by completing payment ($225, includes lunch. Need-based financial aid is available.) We also require a liability waiver and photo release, a recent photo, and an immunization sheet (or exemption letter).
Once the program fills up, we will form a waiting list.
